Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the product, supplier location, and delivery destination.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when it has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
